The company is located in Hangzhou Bay Cross-Sea Bridge Southern Banks Exit under construction .It is 120km away from Hangzhou in the west.The location of the company and Shanghai face each other across the Sea .It is only 1 hour¡¯s journey by vehicle to Shanghai after the completion of the Bridge. It is one of the earliest enterprises in the steel construction architectures in China. Its predecessor is Cixi Huaxing Colored Glaze Products Factory which was founded in 1988.It has then been re-named

as Huaxing Commerce & Industry General Corporation, Ningbo Huaxing Steel Construction Co., Ltd. In 2003 it has transformed the system and changed into Ningbo Hiaxing Steel Construction Stock-Sharing Co .,Ltd.

The registered capital of the company is 41.8 million RMB. The total assets is about 150 million RMB. The annual sales volume is close to 300 million RMB. The production base a total area of 16.67 hectares with 72,000 square meters of the factory houses. It is equipped with Steel Construction Project Special Item Contracting First-Class Qualifications, Steel Construction Project Special Item Second-Class Design Qualifications. In 2002,it passed ISO9001:2000 International Quality System Certification.

At present , the company owns 580 workers and staff members among which there are over 180 engineering technicians. It has 18 senior engineers, senior accountants and senior accountants and senior accountants and senior economists. It possesses 5 staff with the first-class national registered construction engineer qualifications, 8 staff with the first-class national project managerqualifications, 20 staff with the second-class and third-class national project manager qualifications,125 staff with the academic credentials from college and polytechnic.
